Thanks to all for taking the time out of your busy schedules and for braving the thunderstorms to learn about the little-known History of post-WWII Afro-German Occupation Babies. The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia (LTSP), founded in 1864, was one of eight theological seminaries associated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the largest Lutheran denomination in North America. It is located on Germantown Avenue in the Mount Airy neighborhood of northwestern Philadelphia.
